Happy Film Friday!
One of the things I learned while shooting film is you can’t fix an underexposed photo like you can with a DSLR camera. Really….it looks so bad! The lighting changes so much and sometimes I’ll just expect the lighting is the same at a different angle…but nope. So my best friend is the light meter…always. I usually meter 45 degrees bulb in. I like to overexpose a little….except for Kodak Ektar, I just meter straight up and down.
The first photo I took while I was already taking photos around at the basketball court. I angled the camera down to focus on her, and I thought it would be the same light, maybe even brighter….but I thought wrong.
Well it’s not too bad, she makes it look good. =)
Have a great weekend friends!
