the sweetest couple who dont like taking pics

when maria got out of the car, she sighed and said ‘i dont like taking pictures’ … so i was afraid it was gonna be a short one…yeahhh right!! she and noel were the total opposite of what i expected after she said that. i mightve drove her crazy with all our ideas and locations but i know she loved it for you guys maria and noel, can’t wait til your wedding day!

Scott and Shay

Scott is my brother’s BFF, so I’ve known him for a long time. Scott and Shay recently got married with no photog, so I was happy to get some ‘wedding’ photos when they flew up here. They are such a fun couple and their daughter is sooo stylish and adorable!!!!

She rocked the heels…oh my! I trip over my own workout shoes…

I swear I felt like I just wrote this recently…

Well we always forget about our anniversary because during the same week is a very special birthday (cole). usually we’re stressing trying to find ‘THE’ gift on his wishlist. this year he ended up having more than one…don’t know how that happened (*cough* chad) don’t know how cole does it, and how we fall for it…cole will make us celebrate his birthday more than once…and get more gifts every time.

once we went to a restaurant (a week after his birthday) and the waiter asked what we were celebrating and he said it was his birthday. we just laughed…they ended up bringing out ice cream, a birthday hat, and a bunch of singers. he was happy ofcourse….and i’m always happy with free dessert (yay happy anniversary to me, hee hee).

Lani Kai Destination Wedding. I think what I love about destination weddings is that it’s small, intimate, and relaxed.

First time in Hawaii, Abigail and William tied the knot here.

Kim & Pete Engagement | Halona Cove

Kim suggested Halona Cove (Cockroach Cove) to me….I’ve never heard of it….and I live Hawaii. I drove over to check it out before our shoot and it’s amazingly beautiful! They told me that’s where they made the movie “From here to Eternity”..I think it’s an oldie movie with Frank Sinatra. I’ve never seen it but I’ll soon check it out.

When they got there Kim asked me for tips on taking pictures because she was nervous. All I said was ‘aww don’t be nervous, you’ll be great! ‘ They were the most adorable couple! I didn’t give them direction or poses! When you’re in love it shows….love them!! Can’t wait for your wedding day Kim & Pete!

Trying something new. The new craze …. well for me… has been instagram. Taking photos I’d normally don’t take of, so it’s been great! I feel so artistic =) I feel like one of those people who take photos of their every meal….except I don’t take pictures of my food…except oreos. So here’s my month through instagram.
