Walked into Aiea Starbucks to wait for my engagement session couple and saw there was live music playing. Had no idea who it was but it caught my ear, I REALLY loved what I was hearing! I immedietely walked over to where the stack of CDs was because I wanted to get one… it was cash only and sadly all I had was my debit card. I started talking to one of the workers there, Melissa, and she was telling me about the performer, David Tamaoka, and that he performs there regularly every Saturday from 3-5. So I thought maybe I’d go back next Saturday with some cash. I left for my session, got a ride with my couple who offered to drive. Came back and Melissa saw me and said that she had a CD for me. I was excited! She said she asked him for the CD for me, how awesome is that! Got into the car and stuck the CD in my car. Usually I skim through the first 10 seconds of each song with a new CD, but I got stuck on the first, then the 2nd…and everything else. So awesome, love his music!
