Edna & Nerry | North Shore Engagement Photographer

Edna & Nerry flew here for Leilani an JR's wedding, so we got some engagement photos done in Haleiwa town, North Shore.  She asked for something HAWAII, to me that's sunsets, beach, trees, sand, grass shacks, surfboards, slippers...well I think I got most that describes Hawaii....

Edna and Nerry have been together right out of high school.  She liked him when he didn't...then he liked her when she didn't.....their nick names to each other were 'snobs'.  Then one day they gave in and FINALLY...started talking on the phone.  ;)  Been together since, such a great couple ;)  I'm so excited to be doing their wedding on the popular date  10-10-10.  Thanks guys, you were guys were awesome!

Another Sneak Peak

Whew it's been a busy  month.  Just a little sneak peak of my friend Geraldine.  She requested the train station for family photos, always a favorite for me.  Will blog the rest  later, now on to editing....

Surprise! They’re Engaged!!

This cute couple just recently got engaged and wanted photos to announce it to their family and friends.  They both met on Kauai, she lives here for college and he's on Kauai.  He came up for the weekend so planned a session with me.  Congratulations!  Can't wait for your wedding.

Well not exactly, but they both met working at Starbucks. They were called the Starbucks couple. So I thought it was a great idea to get some shots in there.

    Hey Pinky I was just looking through your photos and I came across this couple. I know them the boy John worked with me at the Marriott. He just resigned his position to go and live in Honolulu with his fiance. I had to call him because he never told us why he was moving but now I know why. I really love the pictures of them and all the other pictures you took. You do such great work it’s very artistic and creative. You know that Billy Grace is a photographer to I also like his work. How did you end up becoming a photographer? Did you go to school for this? I’m asking because it’s been something I always wanted to do aside from my real job cooking ~ Jaime ~
